Standalone surveys are surveys that remain open and allow you to add specific tenants to receive the survey over time. This has been used by some customers for a New Tenant Survey, where new tenants are added to the survey at the start of their tenancy to find out how they felt about their new property and tenancy sign up.
The survey can be added and configured through Manage Surveys. Once the survey is set up, tenants can be added to the survey by selecting the manage tenants button indicated below or they can be added automatically based on information held in SDM.
