To search for former tenants, you can use the search box to enter your search criteria (you can search for a tenant by name, tenant number, email address, property code, postcode or first line of address). Then select the option to search for former tenants by ticking the Include former tenants option.
The following indicators will be shown in a tenant search results and distinguish the different tenant statuses.
