There is a Reports option in the administration menu. This feature contains prebuilt My Home reports that can be useful for performance management and data analysis relating to My Home and tenant digital activity. Reports can be downloaded in CSV format. The reports currently available are:

  • Registered Users - a list of all My Home user accounts linked to current tenants
  • Properties Export - an export of properties and charges
  • Monthly Activity – a monthly summary of tenant actions completed by or for tenants grouped by user type.
