My Home can be used by future tenants before their tenancy starts to learn more about your organisation and to help you collect the information you need before they collect their keys.
Functionality includes:
- Confirming household members
- Providing other information that updates in SDM (including extended data and personal details)
- Accessing leaflets
- Watching videos
- Signing offer letters or a digital tenancy agreement
- Setting up Direct Debits (integrated into third parties like Allpay)
- Paying a deposit online, providing emergency contact information etc.
