At Housing Online, we have a proud track record of working closely with Housing Associations, offering cost-effective solutions that enable them to provide a better service to their tenants. One of our solutions, our My Home digital tenant self-service portal has been successfully used by more than twenty different Housing Associations around the country for the last six years. My Home is a unique, affordable solution designed to give easy online access to all tenancy services 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
This March, after more than 12 months of hard work, Housing Online are now delighted to announce the launch of These Homes.

Working in close collaboration with a partnership of seven Housing Associations, These Homes is a Digital Lettings Service designed to give tenants of these landlords improved access to affordable rented properties across Scotland.
The Housing Associations involved in the creation and operation of These Homes are:
- Berwickshire Housing Association
- East Lothian Housing Association
- Grampian Housing Association
- Ochil View Housing Association
- These Homes North East Scotland who are a collective of three Registered Social Landlords
- Castlehill Housing Association
- Hillcrest Homes
- Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association
On These Homes, all of these partners will be sharing the same Housing Register and applicants will be offered more choice and a much bigger say in where they are housed.
The demand for properties will always outstrip supply, but These Homes is a simple and straightforward way of letting homes that is fair, open and transparent. Applicants will only have to register on the site once and will have the ability to apply for properties advertised by any of the partner Housing Associations.
Working collaboratively in this way has been both challenging and exciting. It has ultimately been hugely rewarding to work with a collective of Housing Associations and to be part of a supportive team working towards a single goal. We are very proud of the end result (delivered on schedule and within the planned budget) and we look forward to continuing to work with our partners as the site goes live and begins to take applications.
