Housing Online are delighted to welcome Kat Higgins into our growing team. Kat joins us from the West Highland Housing Association and brings with her a wealth of extremely useful direct experience of Housing in general, and of Scottish Housing in particular.
Amongst other things, Kat’s work at WHHA included the delivery of Housing Online’s very own My Home both for tenant self service and for staff remote working, an experience that is sure to come in handy in her new job. We are going to put this expertise to good use to help us to continue to grow and improve our customer support by adding some genuine customer insight and empathy.
In the longer term, as Kat completes her degree in 2022, she will move across to join our development team as a fully-fledged technical whizzkid. Welcome to the gang, Kat!
