When reporting repairs, staff now have the option to change the urgency indicator.
This can be done by searching for the property, then clicking on the report a repair icon indicated below.
The when adding a repair, the final screen before submission allows staff to:
- Make comments about the repair
- Alter the access details
- Alter the contact number
- Change the nominal code
- Change the urgency indicator
- Change the contractor code
This helps to reduce the manual processing of some repairs and give staff the ability to report a greater range of repairs.
