As well as the quick and easy to update non-graphical repair picker included with My Home, Housing Online also has a more complex diagnostic tool that allows you to build your own logic trees to suit your organisation. Staff and tenants select options which can then be used to set maintenance code, determine urgency, set a contractor, display text and videos for self fixing, or trigger other workflows.
We can also now support M3 Central Reporting and M3 Central Diagnostic tools directly into both tenant and staff report repair processes.
